Return & Refund Eligibility

We only accept returns or refunds for issues caused by our side, including:

• Items arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong item or wrong size was shipped by our mistake

We do NOT accept returns for change of mind, dislike of style, unsuitable size, or ordering the wrong item. International shipping costs are high, so we recommend you carefully check size charts and product descriptions before placing orders.

To apply for a return or refund for our error:

1. You must contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving the package.
2. Please provide clear photos of the package and defective/wrong items.
3. Items must remain in original condition with tags attached.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our mistake, we will arrange the return solution. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs if returning for any non-quality reason (such returns will not be approved).

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. The processing time of PayPal or your bank may take extra days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged items or wrong items shipped by our error, subject to stock availability.
